Metro Flats for Key Workers, London, 2004

A project, initially undertaken with Circle 33 Housing Association, which uses modern methods of construction (MMC) to deliver keyworker housing. The scheme is designed to achieve an EcoHomes 'Very good rating'. A key consideration of the project is to look at how prefabrication techniques can be customised to allow for the creation of a distinct sense of place at the location of each Metro Flat development.
